CHC Boot Camp: Perspectives on Value-Based Care

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Discuss a shift in the operating environment due to value-based care.
- Evaluate the impact of value-based care on reimbursement methodologies.
- Describe ways to prepare for value-based care models.
- Explain core coordination and communication.
Attendees should be prepared to participate and have access to both a microphone and camera to benefit from the full, interactive training experience.

Regular Registration: $450

Up to 4 CPE credits (pending approval) in the Specialized Knowledge field of study may be awarded upon verification of participant attendance.

Delivery Method
Group Internet Based. Each attendee must be logged in and answer the poll questions to receive CPE credit.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds received at least one week prior to the event at cheryl.cooper@forvis.com will receive a full refund. No refunds will be granted if not requested a week before the scheduled start date.
