CHC Boot Camp: Revenue Cycle Management
July 29 - August 1, 2024As they say, "Cash is king!" It's also the lifeblood of a CHC. The revenue cycle process is critical to delivering care to your communities. From the time a patient walks through the door to when the money hits the bank account, CHCs need sound patient intake, billing, and cash-collection policies and procedures. Monitoring your progress and communicating key performance indicators to various audiences are also essential. This training is designed to highlight best practices in these areas, provide example policies and procedures, and share tracking tools to help you improve your revenue.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Evaluate key revenue cycle and workforce areas.
- Discuss revenue improvement strategies.
- Describe Medicare and Medicaid FQHC reimbursement.
- Explain the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.
- Identify revenue cycle internal controls.

Delivery Method
Group Internet Based. Each attendee must be logged in an answer the polling questions to earn CPE.
